I'm so happy I listened to Kevin Hughes at Contractors Tools and bought this over the lesser model. This is a really solid and capable rig for both indoors and outdoors. It's honestly more than I need, however, this is one of those tools that you REALLY enjoy using. Instead of getting by with the lesser model, I can work like a pro with ease. The feature set is so good, I keep thinking of new things I can do that I hadn't even thought about before. I easily shot a 400-foot fence line in full sun without any receiver issues. I ended up buying a DM-20 bolt-on mount for my compact tractor and the CR700 receiver so I can now do minor grading work! Just buy it. You won't regret it.

First time user of this type of laser system and overall am very pleased. Startup and getting up to speed on all the features and limitation took some time as the owner's manual really needs some work. I had to take a about a day to try out and document all the features in order to sort things out. Other than that the system is very functional and versatile, and well worth the money. Wish I would have I would have invested in something like this in the past.

We received our new Spectra Precision laser level as ordered and are very pleased with the quality of this equipment. we are very impressed with the fine details and fetures it provides, everything fits perfectly into the carrying case. We have used laser levels for years, this is the nicest one we have seen in this price level. It has excellent features and is VERY well made. We are impressed!
